Horrible place. People consistently walk in and out of your house. If you are not home management will come into your home and leave things a mess. Sometimes they even eat your food. They do not warn you about inspections, heat is turned off when it's cold, you have to pay extra to have an AC. They take pictures of your pets without consent come into your home without consent. They are very disorganized and do not give you any brakes for your inspection, I had clothes on my bed and they failed us. The staff is very rude and every so often people come to buy the place out making everyone feel like a piece of property. If your teen begins to work they will boost your rent and deduct money from your childs pay. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Management prays on less fortunate people just to stuff their own pockets. Since the new owners took over they decline to give back any deposits. Place is covered in bed bugs water is shut off for weeks no heat

Mike the office guy us very rude and disrespectful in the way he talks to the residents of this building.. during a trying time 3 weeks ago he spoke to me very rudely and me and my family was being displaced cuz of a fire. Today I went in the office to handle my business and because I didn't want the rude man speaking to me he quoted( I won't say nothing else I will let her put you out) as a resident that's not the type of atmosphere that you want to have when your dealing with business matters that includes your family which is 2 young children... he is rude and need to be fired.....

Worst place to live on the planet only good if you need a place asap and have no option. Management is highly disorganized,absolutely no notice until a day before they do something, random fees that they say you owe, BED BUG INFESTATION, (I had to leave all my furniture) very bad mold (they refuse to do a mold remedidiation),heroine all over (I found countless needels and empty/full bags of heroine) not a place for kids/pets there are drunk adults and kids all over (yes carrying open containers) management has absolutely no respect no matter how nice you are. I was here 7 years my apartment was never kept up to the means they were supposed To take care of (paint wax floors spackling) stay away if you can.

At first it was nice Latoya brown was very respectful and effective. Fast forward to new owners and management it's mostly all negative. They constantly fail to notify residents in a timely manner. Usually an apartment building has to give a good amount of notice for say painting parking spots and hand a paper directly to each apartment but that doesn't happen here they slap a paper on a door or two, 2 days prior, and call it a day. The man Michael and other woman that sits in the office have attitudes. There was only one time I talked to the lady in the office and she was kind every other time she doesn't have the time of day to be a decent person. It's very frustrating to be treated like dirt for absolutely no reason. Don't get a job dealing with people if you cannot deal with people. The only person in the office that talks to you like a human being is Latoya Johnson. I hope they find better ways to notify residents and treat them like people. Every place has their problems so it's understandable that the water needs to be shut off or the air conditioner doesn't work but the lack of respect from management is absolutely horrifying. That one woman in the office has got to go!
There has been numerous times we have gotten mail/a statement at our door saying we owed $5000, $3000, $600... when we didn't owe a single thing and when I went to the office to talk about it it was full of people with same problem when I talked to the OWNER he told me I have to contact the old owners. I told him no I had all the papers and validation of money I had payed and he looked it over took over a week to get it straightened out. But people were coming in and blindly paying them money and I guarantee those people didn't get it back.
The owners also have think they are above it all not just management but honestly I'll take the owner and Latoya over Michael and the other woman.
