Initially the service started out ok. They rarely talk to you but will talk to the next nail technician in their language. No evidence of cleaning the supplies for mani or pedi, they pull them out of the drawer and put them back with everything else. The lady was so rough my toes started bleeding. She didn't even talk all the previous polish off before painting over it.

This place is horrible, very poor customer service. They only care about the money but not the interest of their customers. They are located inside Walmart in Kingstowne Alexandria Pls don’t get your nails and eyebrows waxed there. When you try to correct them they start insulting you in their language . Very very rude and poor work done.. worst experience ever.

Very rude . I ask for two tips on my big toe nails and they don’t close until 8:00pm and it’s 7:36pm and they talking about they are close

It was so bad. The person didn’t take her time At all. I had uneven nails which was shaped poorly.
