I like this place. I move form CA and try lot of place but i did not find good place. When i went to there. one guy operate for me. That guy really good and fast, nice and smooth finishing. Also he is very friendly, open mind, jokes lot too. I will visit again, Than you.

The worst place for the haircut. I asked him to just trim my split ends because I didn’t really want to cut my hair and he was like okay, but he cut my hair too short, and it didn’t have a definite shape. Even a person without an experience would have given me a better result than him. Yes, if you want to listen to him praising himself and his work the entire time, this salon is the best place to be in.

Was in Irving visiting family from Houston. My hair was in desperate need of some hair TLC. Melody's Salon just happened to be in the same strip shopping center of another business I had visited. I walked in with no appointment and asked for a wash, deep conditioner & style. Harry took me immediately and my hair turned out perfect. Very shiny, bouncy, & lots of volume (I have baby fine, very straight hair). Harry also shared his vast knowledge about how to keep my hair on a healthy track by telling me about a fruit in Juice form, which I immediately purchased from Patels in Irving on Rochelle. The Juice has many other health benefits as well. I plan on seeing him at least one more time before I go home. Thank you so much Harry for all the information you gave me about how to take care of my hair from the inside. No one has ever made my hair look as beautiful as you have. (I might be forced to move to Irving😆). You are awesome.

Took my wife to this place on Dec 18th 2020 to style her hair. Called before going there to get an appointment because we were in a hurry but the lady that answered said it's okay you can come right now. We got there at 10:50 AM and I didn't see a lady, I saw a man with stained clothes, not wearing anything professional. I thought like okay they just opened maybe he'll change or something. We showed him a picture of the style she wants and he said okay no problem and it will take 30 - 35 mins. He asked for $55 then I asked for a discount and he said $45. I left to do something and came back at 11:20 AM and he barely started. He also asked my wife where am I from and once he knew I'm from the middle east, he asked for $55 again with an excuse that "She has too much hair" I didn't reply him but Didn't he see her hair before he starts?! Even though we were in a hurry I decided to give him more time and was waiting for him sitting inside. He wanted to joke, telling me "your wife is crying" I went to her and she wasn't crying. He did say the same thing again "your wife is crying" and she got mad. Like who jokes like this with a grown woman?!!! Still, I kept waiting for him to finish because we had to get her hair done that day. While waiting I looked at the prices he had on the wall and it said $30. Since 11:30 AM he kept saying I'm almost done. And if we tell him it's okay we don't want to do it we don't have time he says give me 5 mins until I went to my wife and got her up from the seat at 12:15 PM and paid him $30 and left. At that time he was almost 75% done but It didn't look anything similar to the picture we showed him. He also sprayed some product on her hair and didn't cover her face while doing that so it got into her eye and got irritated. He burned some of her hair and looks like he uses some $10 Walmart hair equipment. He also used a hair brush that I don't think he has ever cleaned. This place is nasty. Save your time, health and money and find another place.
