I had a HORRIBLE experience here. Before they started doing gel on my nails they took off my old gel and then gave me a receipt of $65 so that I could pay beforehand. All I got done was a pedicure, and was about to get gel on my hands, which should have been $45 total. I questioned this price and they started arguing with me, and were trying to negotiate another price which made no sense. I told them I don't want to get the gel done anymore because the $65 makes no sense and I do not have time to argue with them. Then, they said they would charge me "only" $35 in addition to the $20 pedicure for JUST taking my old nails off. I told them this was ridiculous, and then another worker there started to belligerently yell at me and curse at me. Terrible service, EXTREMELY disrespectful people. They barely know how to speak English yet they know how to curse excellently. I will NOT be going here ever again, and I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Monica was amazing. She had great attention to detail. She helped me pick a really beautiful color (I'm very indecisive.) She was very sweet and professional.

I needed to have a couple acrylic nails replaced. The girl literally ripped them off causing damage to my nail bed and my nail to be no longer connected to my finger. ... all because she was in a hurry. She laughed at me and said, 'sorry'. This was my first and only visit. The place was filthy. If i could give less than one star, i would.

This place was so gross. There wasn't any sanitation to the cleaning tools they used on my nails. Before she was finished with my nails she started doing someone else's, with that half of my nails weren't finished properly. When I asked to have them fixed, she just laughed at me. The place also smells very bad and the people are rude and can barely speak English. I work in the area and I certainly will not be return and I will be sure to tell my coworkers to not go there either.

Dont have an option of giving them a BIG 0!!!! Rude, and their quality of service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Gel nails lasted not even a week! Won’t EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
