i went and requested a design. it was not what i asked for even though i asked if she was capable of doing it. after i paid for it, still tipped because i felt badly. i cried in my car for 20 minutes then got out and went back in to get it fixed. she re did them, but in a quick rush. my cuticles were cut and one bled. after 3 days my nails already started to pop off. when i went in to ask if she could fix them, she did not listen and told me to leave. i felt very upset and unheard. i do not recommend!!

My go to nail shop! Absolutely love the owner . Always respectful & very accommodating. Very clean shop. Good prices too.

amazing customer service. I absolutely adore the women who work here, they made me feel so comfortable and had good conversations. My pedicure looks amazing and my nails are everything I wanted :) this will be my new nail salon for sure!!

I took my girlfriend here to get her nails done and the staff was rude, she had to wait 30 minutes extra for an appointment I scheduled, every nail shape was different than the other, they cut her cuticles so deep that they hurt for a week. I was just trying to make her happy and ended up giving her bad nails 😕. We were very disappointed in the service and do not recommend anyone visit here.

2x had dip mani . Thought expensive. But treated myself. 2x used rough file to file perimeter around bed. Left ridges. Thought top coat would fill it in, it didn’t. Also nail files have been used on other customers. Not pleased. Especially during pandemic, new equipment would have been used. I have to assume clippers and such were sanitized.
