The people there are great !!!!! I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to get there’s nails done or eyebrows ! Great customer service!!!

Unbelievably bad. The shop is new and clean and all, BUT customer service is lacking. I came in for a spa pedicure. Somehow, the water jet in the spanking new chair came SHOOTING out of the faucet and nailed me in the crotch for a good 30 seconds or so. The technician apologized over and over BUT they did not offer to comp the "experience" or even discount it. I didn't ask. I didn't think I needed to ask. They will not get my business again, though. I tipped 20% nonetheless because accidents happen, and the tech did the work, but I went home with totally soaked pants right down to the underwear. I am not exaggerating. It was kind of funny, but I am really, really surprised that they did not realize that they should have comped the whole wet experience! I still would have tipped.

I considered not writing a review strictly for selfish reasons...but then realized that is not fair to the salon!
I am on the hunt for a new nail salon closer to my home, and I think I just might have found one. Here is hoping that my nails don't chip or crack within my two week window.
I called to make an appointment ahead of time, when I arrived they were waiting for me! I was welcomed to a chair immediately. The technician was so kind, hospitable, knowledgeable, and overall just great! She brought me a bottle of water when I sat down, while my old gel was soaking in my foil wrap, she brought me magazines to read and she explained her techniques for taking care of cuticles.
I have gotten my nails done at many places and this was the first time someone started working on my nails without soaking them first, but she explained why she does that! I didn't feel like she was rushing through my nails or didn't care about the health of my nails. This is honestly a first! So many nail salons just want your money and you are in and out. They don't care about the health of your nails and surely not your cuticles.
This place is clean, small, and simple. And so it seems might just be perfect for me!

The Salon is very clean with plenty of light. Definitely one of the best customer service I have seen from my personal experience with nail salons. Will definitely make regular trip to this salon.
