I got acrylic nails from ocean spa, gave them a picture of the shape I wanted and they were perfect. While drilling my nails down it started to burn a bit but I feel at any nail salon it’s like that. I left very pleased with my nails but after just a week, one has popped off and three are coming up. I’m only giving two stars because of how nice my nails looked but otherwise not the best nail salon and will not be returning!

I got my nails done here a few days ago. They rushed on them and the nails weren’t even matching sizes or shapes. The man only applied one coat of acrylic which caused one of my nails to break off as soon as I got to my car. Sorry half ass job they did. Very disappointed. However, on Tyndall parkway in the callaway plaza, there is a nail shop that I usually go to that does AMAZING work. Check them out!! It’s right across from sonic on Tyndall Parkway

Only came for a polish change Thank the Lord....ROACHES EVERYWHERE.....CRAWLING UP THE WALLS,ON THE MASSAGE CHAIR NEXT TO ME....ALL OVER THE FLOORS🙈🖓DISGUISED. ....while I was typing this a roach crawled on my arm!!!! Health hazard seriously

The worst, ever. I got gel/shellac polish manicure and my 10 year old daughter got a regular manicure. We left the place with my 10 year old daughter about to bust into tears because her nails looked like a 2 year old painted them. I don't care how old she is, I'm paying the same. They should make it a good experience; not do a half job (if that) just because she's a child. My gel polish started coming off on Saturday, not even a week after I got them done. Don't go!! No matter how desperate you are!

It is like every nail salon,relaxing,fun,and the workers are very hard workers. My nails turned out beautiful
