I use to love going here, but I recently just went 6 days ago & 3 of my nails have already came off. 2 came off just 2 days after going. Not to mention that several are very crooked also, & 1 of my thumbs r way longer than the other one!! They did an awful job! I will not be going back!!

Andy, Jessica and their crew are the best. They are so kind and remember you by name. Prices are great but service is exemplary and top notch!!!

This was my first visit and I was thoroughly impressed. The owner greeted us and was very attentive during the session. My pedicurist (Lan) was AWESOME. She prepared the water temperature to perfection and the leg and foot massage were soothing and relaxing. This salon is extremely sanitary, which is very important to me. I am leaving my previous nail salon and making Nails by Andy my new spot for my monthly treat. I rarely provide reviews, but this salon deserves to be praised!!!

I went to "Nails by Andy" today. My husband treated me to get my nails done. Well..I left wanting to scream and cry!! I showed them on my phone what I wanted done. It was very easy it only required two colors. The guy that was doing my nails could not understand how to do it even with the owner's wife standing next to him explaining. To my surprise she was just as confused??!! So I tried to go with something even easier for them. I'm sure you know what I'm going to say next.. they couldn't do that either?? Finally.. I got sick and tired of them speaking "their" language back and forth while looking at me and making me feel very uncomfortable..to do what was so simple my 4 yr old grand daughter could have done it. So to hurry along they decided that they'll have another guy filing one of my hands while the other files the others. Everybody knows that's a HUGE mistake!!! SO.. AS I FIGURED MY LEFT HAND IS MUCH SHORTER THAN MY RIGHT HAND!? "THE NAILS" I WAS SO UPSET MY ADRENALIN WAS ABOUT TO BURST OUT!! THIS EXPERIENCE MADE ME DECIDE THAT I NO LONGER NEED TO COME BACK!! THAT'S WHY I QUIT GOING FOR A WHOLE YEAR.. HOPING THEY WOULD HAVE TIME TO GET TEACH THIER STAFF TO DO NAILS RIGHT?! NOPE..THEY STILL SUCK!! BEING THAT THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO THIS ALL DAY EVERYDAY!! YOU COULD HAVE DEFINITELY CUT THE TENSION WITH A PLASTIC BUTTER KNIFE!! ALL I COULD THINK OF IS HURRY UP SO I CAN GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!! AND OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT BEING THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANY OF THE NAILS THAT I SHOWED THEM. I WAS THERE FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS.. AND ALL I HAVE TO SHOW FOR IT IS BURGUNDY NAILS AND ONE BLACK ON EACH HAND. IT COST ME $35.00 THEY HONESTLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING ME!! WELL Y'ALL LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER...I BELIEVE IF ANDY WAS THERE.. EVERYBODY WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND LIKE A CHICKEN WITH THEIR HEADS CUT OFF!! NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO.. WHERE TO GO.. OR HOW TO DO THEIR DAMN JOB!! PEACE OUT!!! I posted a pic..tell me what y'all think.
