We will NOT be returning to this salon. We made an appointment with a specific requested person and when we arrived he was not there nor did they ask us if we wanted another specific person, they just sat us with whoever. I made the appointment for a fill and a full set. The person doing the fill seemed to be in such a bad mood and was rude and rough on my hands. Her work was great, but she was very rude and very rough and made my experience VERY uncomfortable (noticing this isn’t the only review mentioning this). When it was time to leave, the cashier charged us 90. When asked why we were being charged the same amount as the new full set for the fill, they said it was because of a nail fix. We stated there was no nail fix, but the card had already been run without telling us what amount or knowing it was incorrect. Once we said it wasn’t a nail fix they stated it was for a cut down, which it wasn’t because we just asked that the fill be filed to look new. Then they said it was because we got a different color polish on one nail. This salon is overcharging people left and right and can’t even give an explanation for what it’s for. After the over charging situation, we were NOT going to leave a tip. Once the owner saw we weren’t leaving a tip, she then tried to say it was only supposed to be 30 for the fill. BEWARE of what this salon is charging you because I have read reviews of this happening and today it happened to us. Find any other salon other than this one. If I can keep one person from being sneakily overcharged, then I’ll feel better about leaving this review.

Lisa was wonderful in working on my nails. I loved how she spent the right amount of time to make sure my nails came out amazing! I’ve been going here for years, and both the owners and their staff have always been professional to customers’ needs.

Went in to get dipping powder and a nail design. Showed the nail tech design and asked if she could recreate it and she mentioned she could. Once the nail tech was done I tried looking at them she told me not to look at them yet because they were still done curing… I paid over 80 for them… once I left I took a look at them and some nails were almond shape others were round, the dipping powder was clumpy, the design had bubbles, and the gold was just placed on the nail. I went back the next day as soon as they open to try to get them to fix it and the owner told me I needed to reschedule and the person who did my nails was the ONLY one that could fix them because if he got someone else then I was going to have to pay extra… I said that was fine and he rescheduled me for one PM, I showed up and the owner asked me for the design again, then he told me that neither him nor the nail tech that originally did my nails could recreate the design. Then he tried to reschedule me AGAIN for the next day. I told him that he should have told me earlier when I came in the morning instead of making me drive back. As soon as I mentioned that Angie, one of the owners, told me to relax… 😳 I mentioned to Angie that I was frustrated because they continue to reschedule me and she just staid quiet… At the end Lisa, another nail tech, ended up fixing the design and it looked better… I will not be going back, the customer service from the owners and my original nail tech was horrible.

They use the same pumice bars for everyone’s feet, that’s how foot fungus is easily spread. I think that’s super unsanitary. Took a long time to get a pedicure and felt like it was rushed.

Will never come back again. Tech was extremely rough w my nails. Used her own fingernails that were sharp too remove excess and gel from nail bed. I felt like she rushed the whole process. She used the lil drill n cut me. Shape isn't what I asked for. They look to big for my fingers. My nails are flipping sore from the experience.
