Pleasant atmosphere feels very much like home. The employees are very friendly. They take their time and give the best customer service. Will definitely be coming here very often.

This visit started out bad and went downhill. When the ladies began our pedicures they put a plastic liner in the foot tub, but they didn’t explain what it was to my mom and she didn’t know what they were doing or where to put her feet, so one of the women fussed and got frustrated with her. They pressured us heavily to get the deluxe pedicure rather than the regular, asking us which we would like and saying “deluxe, deluxe, deluxe” before we could answer, which made me want the opposite.
They hurt both me and my mom repeatedly. The woman doing my nails drew blood on two fingers while trimming my cuticles, and my mom had to ask them to soak her acrylic nails before taking them off because the woman doing hers was tearing them off dry and made my mom feel like she was going to rip her real nails off with them. They started soaking my nails while we were getting pedicures, I don’t know why they didn’t do the same for her.
The woman doing my nails refused to do a design on my fingernail because the SNS polish I chose had sparkles,and a design “wouldn’t look good”. She then told me that next time I should pick a color with no sparkles if I wanted a design. While I appreciate the honesty about what would/wouldn’t look good, it should’ve been up to me whether or not I still wanted to get a design after she gave her opinion.
Update: it’s only been a week since we were here and both my and my mom’s SNS manicures have chipped quite badly. I will never get anything else done at RA Nails.

I’ve been coming to RA for over 6 years now and I love it! They are very sanitary and clean! So many SNS color choices and amazing employees.
