I came to this nail shop pregnant so I asked them for a face mask over and over again before I finally got one sit down my nails had grew out the man just start cutting them down without my permission that was strike one went on to do them and was rushing told the girl next to me one price then charged her extra when they were done then cut me with the machine I told him and showed him he ain’t apologize or nothing and my nails come off quick here never coming back bad attitudes too

I called 1 hour before closing and they took me in for a basic mani/pedi. And they're open on Christmas day. They stayed until my Lyft arrived

Went here for a pedicure and the lady didn’t want to do a full pedicure. She tried to skip cleaning my cuticles and underneath. She thought she was gonna just wash my feet. They don’t respect us and they are lazy. Don’t go here.

The staff were super nice however the quality of the actual nails were poorly done by one tech and instead of taking ownership for the quality of nails that were done all techs instead began to act oblivious to their policies and possible solutions in an attempt to not interfere on their coworkers defensiveness. Mistakes happen I understand but it’s difference when someone who makes a mistake decides to start screaming saying the the poor quality (shape, symmetry) is related to a customers stylistic request which is general and will be nice no matter what with good technique.

i thought the guy there did excellent work. he files your nails as if hes playing a violin. i will definitely go back.. but...i wish they would clean up. The place is not clean. i will bring my own file and clippers.
