Since I moved to SF, I tried a few highly rated nail saloons. Mostly in Castro and Now Valley Area. And a few in the South Bay. They all sucked one way or the other. I found Spectrum and I am happy. I tell them what I want once and don't need to worry about the rest.

Friendly service, easy walk-in around 5pm, accessible from the Mission. Went for a normal manicure and it turned out beautiful and only cost $17! Relaxing warm arm/hand massage included.

They do an Amazing job that lasts a long time. Everyone is friendly too. I travel across town just to come here. Totally my favorite

Nice staff, good polish selection. A little pricey for a gel manicure ($35) and the quality of the manicure was less than expected. Not sure I'll be back but it was good for a quick last minute job.

Terrible! There was a price on there menu but the lady quoted me a higher price. I ask her to explain why is she charging me more...she gave me several reasons from it's "Saturday " to she doesn't speak English! To add insult both ladies were poor inexperienced nail techs!
