This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done since I have moved to Winston-Salem. They are normally always on point however I did have a bit of an issue the last time because I had showed the lady a picture of what I wanted I did not complain or fuss that she did not choose exactly the type of Polish I had showed her a photo of because it was close enough. However she did leave a very large chip in my nail when I went back to get the issue corrected I had to wait for over 30 minutes which was understandable because the place is very busy they do very good quality work. However because she had chosen the color for me and was not there that day I was told to come back on another day which they were also incredibly busy which means I am now just stuck with a chipped nail until I'm due for my fill in next week.
I will definitely return because as I said before they have always been on point and we all have off days.
The very first photo is what I had asked for and it obviously contains a glitter polish which you can see I did not get clearly and the chip in my nail is very obvious however as I said I have always received excellent service from this place so I will definitely be a repeat customer and give them a chance to make it right

The quality is decent but the customer service is not great. The male Louis that sits up front close to the check in turned me away 5 mins after I called ahead to make sure it was ok to come. I arrived a hour and a half before closing for a fill in. I requested Lynn who said she was available to take me after her client but again Louis spoke to her in their language and told her no so that I would have to come back another day. This is not the first time Louis has been unprofessional.

Lee is awesome, I showed him a picture and he put his own spin on it making it even better. We had conversations so it didn’t make me feel like a bother super appreciate his work and will be back for my birthday to get my nail done again!

My birthday is coming up, so I wanted to get my nails done. Went here because they're open and close.
Never. Again.
The tech was rude and kept accusing me of moving when I wasn't. She messed up one of my nails. I had to mention it 3x before she fixed it. Then, she told me that I could leave. I didn't think my nails were dry, but I believed her. Getting into my car, they smudged. Now I need to pay to get them done elsewhere.
AVOID!!
Only gave 2 stars because I only paid $28, and I guess I got what I paid for 😒
