This place was great at first. Not sure what happened. I went to Peter first. Then after I was sent to another lady. The first time my gel nails chipped off within two days of having them which has never happened to me. The second time I was also sent to the lady; my acrylic was so thin. One nail broke within the 3rd day & now my pinky is swollen, hot, and red. Not to mention she cut me right above my cuticles on four different fingers. Don’t bother with this place. There are plenty of other wonderful nail places in Bayonne.

I was sitting for an hour waiting. Mind you I was told 30 minute wait. You cannot tell someone it is a 30 minute wait and have them waiting for an hour. Too add on, they decide to soak my feet and leave me sitting for another 10 minutes while they finish up another client. Smh. Why would you put my feet to soak if no one is ready to take care of me. I wish there was a 0 rating.

It was my first time going I must say the person who did my feet didn't do a quite good job within a couple of days my nail polish came off overdraw my feet look like it never was done but as far as the owner she took her time with my eyebrows and they look good

The service here is degrading and horrible. The guy in the front chair by the name of PETER is rude, disrespectful and a racist! I made an oppointment for two manicures and pedicure however he insisted he did not hear me when I made the two oppointment over th phone but when I arrived he acknowledged the two oppointments but when he realized that he had over lapped and over book kim the ladie I was there to see he totally disregarded me and told me they would not be able to see us or finish us and that we had to give our seat to the next person who was a white woman is which had an 12:30 oppointment to which she too was late for by a half hour. By this time we had had our pedicures and one manicure but was missing the manicure for my mother which is a 65 year old lady, he had the nerves to tell me that he will not be able to attend other mind you after being here for over two hours
Now! I feel sorry for kim because she is a great worker but to have to put up with this disrespectful racist brick is unnecessary! Also this was done to me once before already and the first time I swept it under the rug because I really thought and consider it was and honest mistakes. But to not be sympathetic and dismissive tours people is wrong! You don't ne d to have a business you are very unprofessional and rude PETER! But best believe I nor my family will not be returning here ever again! You can get me once or twice but you will never get me three times.

VERY VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES, PETER DID MY NAILS AND HE DID A 👍 GREAT JOB, FRIENDLY SPOT TO BE AT. LOVE YOU PETER AND BE BACK IN 2 WEEKS.
