I usually don’t review anything but this couldn’t go without saying: I went to get my Acrylic nails removed, nails that they had put on about two weeks prior. I was sat down at the table of this young girl, she had short hair and covered in tattoos and on the phone with her earbuds in. Once I sat down she pulled out this tool and began SCRAPING the nails off without even soaking them in anything so naturally it began to hurt and I bled from a new nails, once she reached my thumb on my right hand she wiggles the tool and my thumb starts to hurt and I tell her that she’s hurting me she takes out acetone and lets my finger soak in it for a while and continues with the rest of them. She comes back to my thumb and Begins to take the nail off, but she ends up forcing it off and ripping my real nail off and making me bleed a lot. The entire time she stayed on the phone and would pause completely to answer her messages. My total was $35 , I wouldn’t have paid if it wasn’t because I got a gel. I went to SW to have my acrylics removed because I didn’t want to risk hurting my real nails, looks like it came out even worse.

Reasonably priced. Good service. The only downfall is how much they try to have you get the more expensive services. Really like my nails: )

The moment I walked in no one asked what I needed done or even greeted. It was the opposite, two women that worked their looked at me up and down judging my appearance. I felt completely uncomfortable. My daughter was with me and I didn’t want my daughter to be around these type of people. A women stare at me because i seemed upset and she just kept staring so I left and went somewhere else.

Nice & friendly nail techs! I only waited a while because I didn’t make an appointment before, but they’re considerate. My nails looked great too! 💅🏽

Very rude and inconsiderate of people’s time. The only nail tech that knows how to do the fancy nails works in the back and he is the only one. They are dirty and not clean at all. My finger nail was swollen the next morning and it came from them not cleaning their Utensils. I strongly advise you not to waste your money here and do not put your health in danger. It is not worth it.
