Out of all my visits there is only one girl that did exactly what I wanted. And my hair came out beautiful. But she wasn't there the last time I went. So I got a different girl. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and dyed black. I asked her can you do this? She said oh yeah. Why my hair color was brown? My hair was cut shorter then I wanted
She must of felt stupid,she told me to come back and she would dye it again. Smh no thank you. She sucked!!! So I don't think I will be going there again unless I get the one girl who does a excellent job. She has short brown hair,very friendly, great hair dresser.

Cut all my hair off. Broke my arm and couldn't wash and style it. They did a good job

They can’t handle to simplest haircut. Old Italian guy butchered my fade and spend 6 minutes with me.

DO NOT LET FAY CUT YOUR HAIR!!! If you dont agree with what hair cut she wants to give you she will grab you out if the chair and scream in your face!! I have never been treated so poorly or had such a HORRIBLE hair cut. The rest of the staff was apologetic.
