I did not listen to the reviews of others. I went there to do manicure and pedicure. The old man who attended to me rushed to do my pedicure. When I got out and look at my feet, it looks rough like the pedicure has not been done on it. Also my fingers nail polish was rushed. He did not do a very good job cos one of my fingers nail polish was not well covered. Their customers service was not too bad. They offered my a cold water.

Horrible customer service. My usual nail salon in the area was closed for the day so I decided to give this place a shot. My gel manicure chipped after 2 days and I had to argue with the owner or manager for ten minutes to get it fixed because I didn’t have my receipt. Ended up having to show him my bank statement and he continued to argue with me when all I wanted was for them to spend two minutes to fix it.

This is by far the WORST establishment I have been to. My nail tech, Anna rushed from start to finish. She gave me the wrong color and when I addressed the color difference she was defensive and rude. She tried to charge me for a manicure but she did not give me one...only a gel color change. When I asked for the owner or manager everyone said there wasn’t one. This was my first time and I will NEVER return. As I was voicing my concerns they spoke over me in another language. That was very insensitive and unprofessional. That was money wasted honestly.

Rude, and they really don’t know how to talk to a customer. They don’t even deserve one star
