Went in to get matte acrylic but wasn’t done properly. I’ve been to other places and they didn’t do it as it’s suppose to. The nails needed more color. The price was more than what the work was. I wish I had read review before going. Honestly, if you ever need manicure or pedicure look at the reviews.

The lady that i had I’m not sure if she’s the owner or not cause she was sure acting like it but she was honestly so rude the minute i walked in. I asked for acrylics and it took less that 5 min to be seated so that was great. I had Let her know that i wanted French tips and she told me the price but i thought it was a little pricey than what i usually pay for so i changed my mind to regular acrylics with one color and she had an attitude about it and immediately started talking in her language to her other co workers, i understood a bit of what she was saying and i was irritated by her the whole time i was there because she was complaining to her co workers about it and they were just staring at my boyfriend and I like if we didn’t know that they were talking sh*t and one of the men that were there knew I was getting irritated plus she was also talking about one of the other customers doing their nails. I’ve honestly never had such bad customer service, no wonder why they don’t have a lot of customers.

I have been going to this place for awhile now for pedicures and gel manicures on occasion. The last time I was there, the tech talked me into getting dip instead because it would last longer. I shouldn’t have done it. He drilled my nails like crazy, and then put several layers. They were so thick by the end, they might as well have been acrylics. They were also extremely lumpy. I removed them today, to find three nails which had fungus growing underneath. Never going back. They clearly aren’t as sanitary as I’d hoped and their nail tech didn’t properly prepare my nail.

I used to go to the nail salon in the mall a while back who would overcharge, be rough, and get a poor result out of. I just recently came here and loved how much cleaner it was and how gentle the guy was. Granted I got a regular set if acrylics, he paid attention to detail. I'll definitely be going back.

Only reason this place is even getting 1 star is because you have to at least give one. They’d get 0 if possible. Went in today for a mani/pedi with my mom (who has a heart condition) and everything was fine up until the woman doing my moms manicure while she had another woman doing her pedicure, dropped the nail dryer machine that was plugged into the way, into the water! My mom frantically pulled her feet out of the water to avoid being electrocuted and the girls were scared to pull out the machine themselves. When my mom asked to talk to a manager once her feet were done, to not be charged for the manicure(that was done poorly. The girl left gel nail polish on the bottom of her fingers) the manager Vicki refused to do any type of discount on the service. They had the audacity to say to my mom, “well you didn’t get electrocuted did you?” Like WTF is wrong with these people. Honestly don’t even know why Vickie is a manager when another woman was handling the situation. They threatened to call the authorizes, which I gladly agreed to due to their behavior. Then they said if my mom didn’t want to pay, that they would take off her gel, which my mom agreed for them to do. But when my mom said take off my nails and toes, they backed away. Waited for the cops to show, which they never did until I physically called them. Which proves that they didn’t even call. Because once I did, they showed up within ten minutes. Finally the other girl made a compromise once the cops showed up. They have cameras everywhere which caught the incident happening, so I full heartedly plan to take legal actions if my moms doctors appointment goes poorly due to this incident. This place is a joke. Poor service, poor customer service, poor management, just overall disgraceful people & business.
