To start off, I do want to say I love PCI academy and this is the only time I’ve had an issue.. I made an appointment for 4:45pm and I got a couple calls an hour before my appointment. I called them back about 3:45/3:50 and spoke with someone who said my stylist was just running a little behind (about 15-20 minutes) and asked if I could be there about 5. I was driving from circle pines, stuck in rush hour, and my phone wasn’t near me. I pulled into the parking lot at 4:40 and right as I was about to park I got a phone call saying they weren’t able to do my hair tonight but they could do it tomorrow at 5pm.. so I had to turn around and drive all the way back to circle pines in rush hour again. :( I get it, things happen in the industry (I am a former hairstylist) I get that you sometime get behind.. But there needs to be someway that we aren’t changing appointments around that many times in an hour, especially for people like me who travel a good time to support this school. Like I said, all the other times I’ve loved my work that was done.. this time however I was not satisfied with how scheduling was handled.

Maybe the nicest beauty college ever? Honestly, I had a great time here. What started out as a quick hair appt turned into a facial and massage. My technicians were so friendly, caring, and accomodating (not to mention talented!) I will be back here to take advantage of their current specials!

I went in for a haircut today from Jenna P and cannot even begin to say how wonderful she did! The educators were there to answer any questions she had and were very supportive! Everyone very courteous and professional! Will definitly be going back and would recomend to all

My three friends and I scheduled about 3 weeks before prom (back in May) for lash extensions. Our contact information was given for each of us and they had our info as well. MY AUNT who formerly worked there, had to TELL US our appt was cancelled a week prior. NO ONE CONTACTED US. I called twice and asked why our appt was cancelled, and never heard back. One of my friends called after numerous times and finally it was said that there was a “last min graduation for the students doing the lashes”. how do you schedule someone during graduation then? very unprofessional, and still no call back.

Anna is amazing...people coming in need to realize this is a school so the student doing the work on you is learning and the only way they can improve is by having people come in to get a service done. So I would highly recommend and promote others to come in and have the student work on you! Hair grows back!
