This place has never been a let down. Ann did my acrylic refill, pedicure and my eye brows and she did an awesome job. Holly always does my mother in laws nails and feet and she never misses a beat. We get treated with respect because we treat them with respect. We will not go to any other nail place unless something extreme happens which I doubt will. If you need a new nail place, give Kim’s a try.

I am usually very happy with this establishment, HOWEVER today was definitely a different story. I went in for a pedicure and gel refill. “LeeLee” started my pedicure but when I questioned her about the shape (I am very particular but know the difference between square and round) she abruptly got up, grabbed the nail polish and walked away. The two ladies sitting next to her began speaking in their native language but it was quite obvious they were talking about me because they kept saying “square, square”... The owner then came over and asked me what happened and I told him that she was extremely unprofessional and how she just walked off from me as a client. At this point my feet have been sitting in the water for almost 25 minutes and the water is now cold and my skin is probably pruned... STAY AWAY FROM LEELEE... I may need to look for a new establishment to spend my hard earned money..

Awesome place! Went in there for the first time today, they got me in immediately. I had to bring my almost 2-year-old with me, and they were very accommodating and friendly! I will be back for sure.

My nails look terrible.I got round nails and they look like something you would see in a nails fail video on youtube.My friend got coffin nails and any skinnier they would of been stelitos,we hate our nails tbh..Do not reccomend at all! The lady cut my cuticles open!!

I used to like this place until one day I was getting a pedicure, and the nail tech took a sharp tools and dug it around my cuticle on my big toe, right foot. I started bleeding. The day after it was very sore, then a week later I notice a lump forming around the area I was cut at. I called the salon and the guy says I waited too long to say something and to come in so he can “look at it” which I felt was pointless because what can you do to fix that if you’re not a doctor?? When i mentioned the lump and that I think the cut caused an infection his response was “ well there’s nothing i can do because i don’t know what you do with your feet at home” that’s funny because ive NEVER in my life had issues with my nails and the only one that got infected was the one she cut and the tools were clearly dirty if i now have an infection. After about 3 weeks i noticed my nail had stopped growing. Every other toe nail had grown except the one the nail tech cut. Pus started to seep up from underneath my nail. I went to the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics but they didn’t not help and the infection spread around my toe and I have to get the nail removed which was VERY painful and my toe was non stop bleeding. I called the salon and let them know I had to get a nail removed and miss work because I could barely walk on my right foot because of the pain and I’m told the best they can do is refund me for the pedicure. At this point I’m just in tears and completely frustrated because the refund didn’t even cover all the doctor co pays and especially not the work I had to miss. It has been 8 months since this happened and I’m STILL dealing with this. My nail isn’t growing back right and has gotten infected again. I could have a staph infection if they used the tool on someone who had one, on me. I work two jobs constantly on my feet and the pain is every single day. Im lucky I didn’t get a serious disease from the dirty tools they use. I hope the workers read this and I truly hope they get shut down, and I pray that I didn’t get staph infection from this place.
