This place deserves 0 star. Horrible. I got gel acrylics there horrible job. My nail person was a man and he messed up on my Left thumb. A nail fell off not even a week after. I payed $45.00 plus tax. It’s not worth it. I was so mad that my nail came off.

This review is for Ann at Color Nails. I have been going to Ann for more than ten years. She is careful, detailed and courteous. I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure from this delightful, bright lady. I have met very rude customers at this salon and their behavior makes me sad. These customers are always convinced that if anyone speaks in Vietnamese that the conversation is about them. As if these hard-working women have nothing to talk about other than a customer's toes or fingers? I love to hear the women laugh and speak back and forth in their native language. Further, I'm very aware that they speak two languages, while I can only speak one. I admire many of the women who work here as they sacrificed a great deal and worked hard to escape an oppressive government and seek a better home for their children here in our country.

If I could do ZERO stars I would...... I paid $50.00 for a pedicure ....... yes I had reqiested gel polish, I get how that jacks up the price, but the person who did the service was more focussed on what was going on around her and chit chatting with her neighbor than doing my nails.
Seriously, that's BAD business, and terrible customer servive. I asked her if she was going to do my cuticles and calluses ...... she looked at me like I was an idiot and continued to float out into oblivion .
Don't waste your time at this place, go somewhere where they actually listen to your requests... this is just a mass assembly line disguised as a nail salon.
