I wasn’t going to leave a review because I chalked my experience up to sometimes people have a bad day. It’s been a week and my no chip has almost completely come off. I’ll start off by saying that my technician was very unhappy with my choice when I said I didn’t want no chip on my toes. I explained why, but still she continued to ask me another 3 times and I politely declined. I picked a $44 pedicure and black polish for my toes. When she finished, I noticed that there was polish all over the sides of my toe nails, she tried to clean it up a bit but then just put the flip flop on and asked me to move over to the nail side. I am not one to usually complain and she already seemed upset so I didn’t want to bother asking.
To say I was unsatisfied with my no chip manicure, is an understatement. She rushed the entire time, didn’t bother to file my nails evenly and the polish was so uneven and bumpy. At this point I knew she didn’t care so I paid the $90 and left. But today only a week out I looked at my nails and was so disappointed I wanted to provide feedback.

We had Julie today and she is THE SWEETEST person. She did an amazing job! She really takes her time to make sure everything looks really good. We will keep requesting her!

This was my first time here. I went with my mom and my niece. My mom and I got pedicures and my niece got a full acrylic set. Most of the staff was moderately friendly, but no one went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The pedis were okay, not great, and substantially more expensive than other places we’ve been with better service. My niece is happy with her acrylic set, but it was $50 before a tip. I’ve never seen them that high in price before. She got a basic color, no design. I think we’ll continue looking for somewhere with better prices or at least service that matches their prices.

This place is absolutely terrible. When you go in for a nice and relaxing experience and you get the the complete opposite, it is such a let down. It is dirty, my nail technician was so rude, my chair was leaking, the massage remote was all beaten out, nail polish all over the cup holder, so dirty. I would never recommend this place. This being my second time to come here thinking my first experience was just a bad day for the salon, There was a issue this time and the way they handled it was with the upmost unprofessional and disrespectful way. I would never treat a customer the way they treated me today.

I absolutely loved my nails . The girl who did my nails was very sweet. I never caught her name tho or else I would mention her name. She kept asking me if I liked the nail to see if I was satisfied which I really liked. Great place and totally recommend . She made conversation which I enjoyed even though I may be shy at times. Unfortunately I’m not from here, but came here for the first time and I would gladly come back!
