I came here one time for a pedicure, I come back weekly now. It’s almost been a month now. I love going there. Quick fast and in a hurry!

I went to this nail shop one day before to get a set of nails done. I explained to the lady that I wanted my nails and toes done but due to financial issues I had to come back the next day for a polish. So, as promised the next day I came in to get my polish changed on my toes and the gentleman was very unprofessional and rude. There was another lady there and he asked was I getting a pedicure. I proceeded to answer him, "no sir, I'm getting a polish change as I told your wife that I was getting yesterday." He then rudely says in front of the other customer "YESTERDAY IT WAS GOING TO BE A PEDICURE AND TODAY YOU SAY POLISH CHANGE." I said no sir I told your wife yesterday that I was coming back for a polish change and asked her to remember the color. The entire time that I was there he was rude and speaking in his language about me. I nicely paid and tipped his wife generously as I did yet as well. She was appreciative but he never looked up or acknowledged me as a customer after that. I will never ever return to this location to be belittled or embarrassed because I would not get what he wanted me to get. I actually didn't need a pedicure because I had one two weeks ago. But he didn't care about providing great customer service or my personal needs. His only focus was money.

Extremely slow & money hungry. Paid 100$ for a gel mani & pedicure! This place is a rip off. I won’t ever go back! Under new management? Just shut this place down! I highly don’t recommend! Nails shops down the road are way more affordable & neat with the work! One word for my service! DISGUSTING!

I don’t know where to begin. This is the nail shop that I have gone to for over a year. It seem as if the last couple that managed the shop is now gone. Nonetheless, Ivy was sweet. But the the new manager needs to learn how to speak with his customers. I had some issues with my nails, so I returned to get them fixed. I was told to have a seat. A nail tech came up to me after he finished his last customer, and asked what was wrong. I showed him my nails and he said okay. The manager later came to fix my nails. He told me if I have an issue only talk with him or his girlfriend Ivy. I was lost, because I didn’t approach the nail tech, he came to me. There is no way that he should tell his customers what to do and not. His employees should know proper protocol for complaints. I was highly upset. I took notice, he offered his Caucasian customer some wine, but never offered me any. I would also tell future customers to know what 10% will be for your services provided on Mon-Wed. I watched him offer another none Caucasian lady $5.00 off her nails that were $58.00. We all know that should have been $5.80. All in all, This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and really don’t know how to treat darker customers. I will never return.

Tony is very rude. He VERY clearly has a problem with people of color. I spent $115 with him. The lady before me he was very chatty, offering her coke & sprite. I was not offered anything lol. The services I paid for exceeded the lady he had before, initially I thought maybe she was offered because of what she had done but no. It was obvious bias. He snatches things & yells. It's just not a professional setting. & my nails were subpar.
