I have been going to Luxy nails for three years. I usually always have a good experience with Hannah and Andy. They do a wonderful job. I come in with a broke nail, sometimes I don’t even get charged. Very nice family ran nail salon. Kevin is awesome as well he does my feet every time. They always make you laugh and are good with my 6 year old. They are patient and even put on cartoons for her sometimes. I would suggest make an appointment on weekends or try to be there in the morning. They have a lot of clientele. Luxy nails also has a point system where after so many times of coming they give you a discount to show their appreciation for customers. Awesome place! Thanks guys. :)

I have been getting nails done for 10 years. Mostly I went to a salon in Fleming very near to Winn Dixie. I began to feel like they were taking shortcuts. When going in for a fill I was encouraged to get a new set or felt pressured to upgrade the service. Every 2 weeks??. Then I got the impression that they did not appreciate my business. A feeling. I really would not have known for sure. But felt like they were talking about me. Luxy Nails did a real job. Hannah filled in with white powder for lifting nails, allowing me to keep as much of my own nail. Rather than just rip it off and start over. Although it took more time I really appreciated her doing it the right way! Have not gone through all the techs yet...but Hannah gets my business now.

Today was my first time going to this salon. Andy was my nail tech and he did an amazing job! I’m very particular about my nails - I am that annoying person that’s complaining about the shape or length lol - but I told Andy one time how I like my nails and he hooked me up!! I’m extremely happy with my nails and as long as I’m living on this area they have a guaranteed customer!! 😁

EDIT:: Andy contacted me personally to reach out about the situation and really made me feel like a valued customer. The level of maturity and professionalism was astounding and I was very appreciative of the way he handled the situation. Will be going back to get my nails fixed by Andy for sure
Won’t be back. Got a fill in on Monday and told the girl doing my nails that the acrylic was just a little too thin and was worried it would break. She replied with “no” and basically refused to make them thicker. A nail broke 3 days later. I make an appointment to get it repaired and a little thicker, no issue. Get there at my scheduled appointment time only to be told I would have to wait and for them to make me feel like getting them done thicker was an inconvenience. I left after that. Plenty of other places that will do your nails how you actually ask without complaints.

It is a shame because the pedicure ladies are the best. The nail technicians not so much when it comes to manners. I have gone there several times and my turn continues to be push around giving preferences to others....maybe because I am latin?
