What a wonderful addition simply be beautiful is here on our Palo Alto high street called University avenue.
The attention to detail, the staff and the aura are terrific. I am privileged to have Tracy, the hair and color genius, on site.
This woman is an incredible colorist and has such an eye for the perfect style and suitability around a person’s lifestyle.
Whether it’s a weekly blow out or a new look - Tracy is your solution. Thank you for being a part of our community

I was impressed how nice it was inside. It’s very feminine. Tracy gave me the Signature pedicure and took great care of me. She took her time giving me an exceptional lower leg and foot massage. The chairs are massage chairs, except mine did not work well, which is my only complaint.

The staff were kind generous people. The technicians did a good job. However, my the nail polish chipped and warmest off so much faster than I have ever experienced before.

This is what my nails looked like after my manicure. My nails needed to be trimmed but were long enough that they did not need to be cut to the quick like this. (The first nail was cut too short so I figured I would have to live with them all being short, but the rest were even shorter than the first.) I came in around 5pm so there should have been plenty of time, but they mostly seemed interested in closing shop early. More to be said, but I'll stop there.
