I got my gel manicure done. The very next day first nail chipped off. The day after that 4 more nails. I stopped by the salon the next day ( 3 days after the application) and the manager told me they can fix them right then. I didn't have time that moment and asked to come on Friday. I was told they can't do it because they are usually busy on Fridays. She recommended to do a different nail service for the full price. I asked to refund the service but the manager completely refused to refund the service despite the poor job they did. Very poor customer service. Never going back and not recommending that place to anyone.

This was my first time here. I had the dipping powder and the nails look too thick. They DIDN'T push the cuticle back or trim them. No warm water, no lotion or hand massage. He told me to wash my hands and when I turned to go back he had someone else in the chair with my phone and keys pushed to the side. I guess I was done:(. I was actually glad he didn’t push my cuticle back bc the tool was not in a sterilized packet. Oh, and he smelled like smoke....would never recommended them EVER!!

I made an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure. They were very slow getting started. The lady didn't act like she wanted to be there working at all. My pedicure was good my manicure sucked. She talked me into trying the dip (I wanted the gel)...she used that dremmil tool looking thing to file my nails what felt like forever my nails are still sore. You can see where she did that even after the color and there are little black specks on some of my nails as well. My nails do not look very nice at all! Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Best pedicure I've ever had in my LIFE. They staff are awesome and thorough. Absolutely love this place and will be coming back. Prices were also great.

I’m very upset. I’ve been going here for over a year now and the last several appointments I’ve made have been completely ignored. They leave me sitting there waiting for over an hour. Then someone else does everything except finish my nails! On top of that this time the price was $5 more when I asked why they said I have wide nails! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! That’s BS! I do not!! I overheard them tell another lady once they were charging more for coffin nails which are narrow. So basically it’s whatever they want to charge that day!! That’s not how you run a business!!! I’ll share my experience and that’s why you’re obviously losing business.
