I had a wonderful experience my first time there that I went back the very next day with more of my family members visiting from out of town. Eric, Ruby and Lynn were awesome! Thank you for a great experience and taking care of us. I will definitely be back and will be recommending your nail salon to my friends and family!

Andy was extremely friendly, funny, and did an amazing job on my nails. The gel he did lasted 3 weeks which is awesome! I highly recommend this place for his clean and cool culture. It is also priced very fairly!

I'm not certain why there are so many negative reviews. I have been coming to this location for a few months and before that, to the Winthrop location. Service is polite, prices are fairly normal and I've not really had any issues. I would give a 4.5, but that's not an option. I have had a few nails that lifted (gel and dipping powder) but that can happen anywhere and it's not frequent. Overall, it's clean and I've been happy with the service.

Went there for the first time to try it out and worst experience ever. Asked for the $35 spa pedicure which took forever because I do t think the guy knew what he was doing. My daughter was suppose to get gel polish in nails and feet and didnt get the gel but they charged me for it. My other daughter just wanted her toes painted and they started doing her fingernails and I said no just toes. They did them anyways. So I got a $35 spa pedicure and my daughtets got nails painted and they wanted to charge me $90. I argued and they were rude and didn't want to take money off. Horrible place and will never go there again!

They’re very pleasant and very professional. Also they make you feel like a part of the family. I moved here in February and this is the only spa I will ever come to.
