I called before I went in and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes. They were professional and friendly and worked quickly but wonderfully. I absolutely love my nails.

The last couple of times that I have been at this location I’m starting to see a big difference. I don’t want to assume BUT I’m starting to notice the same domino effect on how customer service is conducted ... I’m going to keep my eyes open along wth some others and I’m hoping that Best nails is not doing racial profiling‼️ That would be very sad and very unprofessional if this comes out to be true‼️💯 CAUSE ALL MONEY SPENDS THE SAME‼️💯‼️

went and got my nails done a few weeks ago, they were super pretty and lasted for about 2 1/2 weeks before my nails started coming off (i get reaaaallly long ones so that's probably why, the nail lady warned me lmao). they're about the same pricing as most places and the nails looked absolutely FABULOUS. probably going to make an appointment for a fill in on friday!

Normally I don’t have an issue. I called for an appointment specifically with Johnny at 12:15 I get there and Johnny said he didn’t hear me say his name over the phone. I walked in and was told my appointment was made with any general technician. I told John that he knows my voice and I said his name. He claimed he didn’t hear it and to come back 2 hours later. It would have been different if he apologized but he didn’t. Extremely disappointed today. Normally I don’t have any issues and the techs do good work. But I had to wait 2 hours for the appointment and I have a tight schedule due to work and now I won’t be able to get my nails done. Very upset.
