The establishment seems to have a two person team. The woman has never done my nails, so I can't speak to her skill level. However the gentleman, while courteous and fast, is a poor nail technician. I am new to the city and have been there twice. The first time was within an hour of closing. I wasn't satisfied with the work but he was nice and it was late, so I decided to try again. Big sigh, unfortunately the second time was worse and I came in an hour after they opened for the day. I have a VERY simple nail routine, and ALWAYS get an acrylic fill with one gel color. No designs, no dip powder, no heat changing colors, no trendy shapes.....basic stuff. My cuticles look awful, there are lumps in the acrylic, he painted over my cuticles (so of course they will be lifting in 48 hours), and the nails are not all the same shape. I have been using acrylic nails, periodically, for the past 25 years so I know good work when I see it. This is not good work and I won't go back. I hear Lucky Nails is good, so I will try them next.

Really wish I would've read the reviews before spending money here. The people seemed nice for the most part. I asked how much for a gel set on my fingers and toes. He said $80...okay I guess but when I got up there to pay he said $90 but gave me a $5 discount.. I was confused but didn't say anything like I should've. My toes look just okay but my finger nails are honestly kind of embarrassing and I could've done better by myself. I paid for a "Royal" pedicure but didn't even get to enjoy any aspect of it because the man insisted on doing my manicure at the same time so no massage chair and no massage. Not impressed and will not be going back to this salon..

$80 for a semi decent pedicure and fill. He cut my toe and then cut my fingers twice!! Neither time did he say anything or apologize; he just looked at me. He was rude to me and I kept having to ask him to fix things like covering my whole nail and getting pieces of fuzz out of the nail polish. Definitely will never come back or recommend this place!

The only good thing was there wasn't a wait and that should have given me pause. I wish I had read the reviews before I got my nails done, but it was a spontaneous moment. The outcome was terrible. The polish looked to be old and it didn't adhere to the nails well.The acrylic was not trimmed properly and it looked like I had a bad press on nail job when she was done. She was not nice and I won't go back. However, I don't really think they would care if I did or didn't. Spend your money elsewhere.

My friend and I got the deluxe pedicure and everything was very nice except for the paint job. The nail polish was terribly applied for both me and my friend. There are parts of our nails that aren’t even covered and overall it looks sloppy and unprofessional. There was more paint on the skin of our toes that had to be taken off than what was applied to our nails. Very upset with the outcome of the polish for the amount of money spent.
