If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got my nails done on Thursday, June 7th. I was going to formal the next day. I had gotten a dark red on my toes(The pedicure was decent), but then it was time to get my acrylics done. First, my tips we’re put on so crooked. I had told my technician that they looked crooked, when I got the response of “No, they look fine.” My nails were much shorter than what I asked for, but besides that, she convinced me in getting gel. She chose a much lighter and brighter red than my toes. She didn’t even paint the tips of my nails. (I got coffin.) The worst part is, three days after I got them done, they started coming up. The lady didn’t have my wash my hands in between the acrylic and painting. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anybody.

I went to US nails because I needed to get a pedicure and manicure for my high school graduation. I had the mother do my pedicure, I wanted gel because it lasted longer and when she began to paint my toes, one of the other ladies came over to make sure she was doing it correctly. The same thing happened with my fingernails. She also left 3 of my fingernails bloody for absolutely no reason. I am really disappointed with the service. During my pedicure, the mother cut some of my toenails very short and I am overall disappointed. I paid $60, I should’ve gone to La Rosa nails instead...

This place is such a hit and miss. Things are over priced. Customer service depends on what day you come in. I only come here cause I live across the street and don’t drive. But after this 3rd experience (which makes me look dumb) I’ll be going to another salon.
Today I came in for my self care day and that’s almost been ruined. I was waiting for 30 min before another sis walked in and then when she walked in they sat both of us in the chair to get a pedicure. I waited another 30 min soaking my feet when the lady who was supposed to do my feet started on the girls feet who came In after me????? So it forced another one of them to get up to do my D**N feet! Why would u start on someone’s feet who came in after me ?
I wish black women would open more nail salons and beauty supply stores. Asians dgaf man.

Love this place. Ben is awesome. She takes her time and my nails always look gorgeous! She always het me in when I call and is wonderful working around my schedule. Been going here for over a year and will continue to. Ben you are the best!
