I called and asked if I could be fit in for a full set and gel pedicure and was able to be accommodated. Manicure was great. When it came time for the pedicure, I was left waiting for 30-40 minutes with no one updating me on when I was going to get service. Ok that's fine, I was a walk in. I put my feet in the pedicure bowl and the man in charge snapped at me to get them out until the water was filled up. Ok?? Pedicure ended up taking a full hour (plus the wait time) and the woman tore up my feet, ripped chunks of skin off my toes until I bled, painted them terribly and I left looking worse than I did when I came in. My two-year-old nephew could have done a better job. I didn't want to be rude so I paid and left but called after to request a refund on the pedicure because this was such a horrible experience. I was told I could get half of my money back because of the time and services that they provided which is fine with me, I should have said something before I left but I will not be back.

My wife goes here every two weeks to get her nails acryliced and change the shape and design and she only sees Tina. And Tina is amazing I love how the wife's nails look everytime she comes out of there. Very good and professional. And I have even been there myself for a pedicure and it was amazing I didn't think I would like it but I have sense been back and gotten it done very pleased and satisfied always at nails 2000

I came in for a dip manicure and pedicure. Penny did my nails and she did a Phenomenal job! I can not say that about my pedicure. I get pedicures regular- once a month so it’s not like my nails were in bad shape. The skin around my toes was still there, and hr polish was not smooth. There were bumps in it and my nails were chipped 3 days later. I had to repaint my nails after 3 days since I got it because I was going to a wedding and was wearing cute sandles. These are my toes after 3 days!

I walked in and requested a full acrylic set and they served me right away! The lady who did my nails was quick, efficient and they’re absolutely beautiful! Will be back and will recommend!

Great service! Was able to get in for a fill same day. The tech was very gentle and did exactly what I asked for as well.
