Worst experience I've ever had at a nail place. Went here to get my nails done for my wedding. Everyone with me had a great experience but mine (the bride) was horrible. I wanted a French and they were all uneven and looked horrible, on top of that my fingers were bleeding. I told her that I didn't like it and she told me that it looked bad because my nails were too small... So she redid them a solid color. When I left I was in tears, my fingers hurt so bad and they were bleeding. Then she charged me extra because she had to redo them. Awful!!

I think some are confusing this with another place-Pro Nail. I don't even think they do eyelash extensions but will check if that changed in the few weeks I've been. The owner is always super nice. I can't see him fighting with anyone. They have always been super nice and friendly to my family. It's always clean and professional and I've been going for years. My mom lives in Masterson and comes from across town here because it's the best she has found. Just wanted to share after seeing reviews, I'm positive some if not all of these have the wrong place. This gets confused with another location off Bryan Station a lot. I tells everyone to try it here!

I went into nail pros with a completely screwed up cracked, broken, and grown out set of acrylics thinking I'd have to spend a fortune on a new set. I had seen a super cool flag design online I really liked, but KNEW I'd never get because the design was stickers. Boy was I surprised!!! For $60 my hands and feet are unrealistically gorgeous!!! Oh, and she did it all with polish, paintbrush, and patience!! THANK YOU MINDY!!!

The owner and his wife are very nice. Always smiling and very polite.
I won't go anywhere else.
My nails look like natural.
I will recommend Nail Pro in Zandale Plaza to everyone.
