I have been coming to this salon for the past 2 years And they have become like family. Lee and Christina are always accommodating to my schedule and work with me to make sure my appointment is on time. Harley does great shellac and the pedicures in this place are great. What I enjoy most from this salon is not just the services they provide but also their welcoming and endearing customer service. I highly recommend checking this place out.

My first time visiting on 8/4/21 and upon entry I was told to wash my hands and I was fine with that and went to the bathroom to thoroughly do so. Once I returned I had to ask where to go next and there were several people waiting. Got my colors and sat down with Alexa. She was very quiet which is fine, offered me a drink and asked me again what service I was getting. Placed my feet in cold water and proceeded to give me “just ok” service. I had to ask a few times for her to do this or that but I noticed that she was applying several layers of polish…I no expert but it seemed to thick to ever dry. I corrected a few errors as we went but then she would just ignore and keep going. Finally when she finished I say in front of the fan for maybe 35 plus minutes(I had a conference call and everything). So I put my shoes on and paid, walked out the door looked down and there were imprints of my shoes on my big toes…instead of asking for all the small errors to be fixed I went back and asked for the large errors to be fixed. She was with someone else, didn’t acknowledge me just gave the polish to someone else Maya to assist and again, this tech was light hearted but never engages with me but did speak another language to Alexa and someone else and laughed. When she finished fixing the big toes she started fanning herself with the paper shoes instead of my toes, I asked her how long should I wait for it to dry she said 30 min. So here I am sitting again for another 30 min and then this…

The receptionist was welcoming and supportive when explaining everything because it was my first visit. The nail tech was very efficient with my nails and asked my opinion on how I would like them. The establishment was really clean and relaxing. I would recommend it.

I brought my 6 year old daughter here for her first ever manicure and I am beyond happy with the service and treatment that she got. Jasmine really took care of my daughter by making her feel safe and comfortable. They helped her find a color she liked and made sure she was happy with her nails. Christina finished the manicure off by making sure the nails were done perfectly. My daughter is already asking to go back and we just left :)
