I understood that a student would be working on my hair, but I assumed that a instructor would offer support. No such luck. Spent nearly 3 hours for a single process color, and haircut. Left with color 2 shades darker then I asked for, and very uneven. The haircut was about 1/4 inch trim, i asked for 2 inches and to shape my hair. The poor girl had no idea what she was doing and received no support .

I was told one price over the phone and a different price when I arrived. I ended up with a cut, shorter than I wanted and a facial. Not a good first time experience. I would probably go back for the facial but no more hair cut there

Will *Never* pick up the phone or call you back. they simply dont care. Sounds like someone hired new people. You will have to drive there and make the appointment because they could care less. Show up cranky.

Emma and the staff at Aveda Institute were wonderful. I wasn't sure how to have my hair colored to get it how I wanted it but Emma and Danielle did what they thought was best and I LOVE IT! Thank you!!

Took 6 hours to do my gfs hair all she went for was a trim and lowlights
