My go to nail salon!!! This place is a bit ways from me, but best believe I’m here every couple weeks! Technicians are always so pleasant to speak to, and are incredibly talented. The quality of service is top notch, and i can’t think of a single time I’ve ever had a bad experience here. I bring all my friends that want to get their nails done for a special occasion here.
I’ll continue coming here for as long as i live in Austin!! Thanks guys!

I've been consistently coming to E'Shee for SNS (dip/powder) manicures every three weeks for 2 years now. It is clean and they have a great selection of colors (and drinks ha). My color always lasts three weeks, the polish starts to lift up slightly around the three week mark and my nails have grown out a lot by then so that is perfect timing for me. I get solid colors on my natural nails. I have seen probably a dozen of their nail techs and they all do a good job. If I notice anything I want different during the manicure (like a nail looks slanted) I say something and they fix it how I like it. A few times I have broken the polish off a nail after only a week or two doing some activity and they redid the one nail at no fee which is great customer service. They usually offer a drink (if they don't then just ask them for one). They tell you how long the wait is if there is one (I go mid-day on Mondays so there usually isn't). They don't try to force a conversation if you don't want to. I don't have any complaints. Highly recommend.
UPDATE: Still my favorite nail salon after 3 and a half years of coming every 3 weeks. My current favorite nail techs are Ni & Donny. The owner, Von, creates an environment of great customer service. Thank you, E’shee!

+ Nice and clear place, stuff is friendly, huge variety of polish colors.
- I got a deluxe pedicure, my technician barely rubbed my heels, so I had to clean dry skin myself when I got home. Also I didn't get ANY foot massage. She just massaged my shins for a bit with a scrub and that's it. When you see 12 minutes massage in the description you expect to get it for you feet since it's pedicure. So I was a bit disappointed with the poor pedicure procedure in general. I don't think I'll come back.

First time here and I loved it! Everyone was so kind! My nail tech, sadly didn’t catch her name, but took her time, made suggestions to make my manicure better, and did just an amazing job! Thank you! Will definitely be back! 🙂💛

I love this place! It's clean and the staff are very polite. Definitely recommend!
