Took my daughter here this morning to get a manicure and pedicure. I went in with her and told the lady what she needed. She immediately sat her in a pedicure chair. My daughter clearly has acrylics on her nails. I left as she got started. I get a call from my daughter saying she’s done and they don’t do acrylics. I asked my daughter how many times the lady looked at her fingernails when she started working with her. She said she was staring at them the whole time and didn’t mention until the pedicure was through that she didn’t do acrylics and to go to sugar nails. If I would have known this before she started I could have taken my daughter somewhere else to get everything we needed done in one place. It was 930 when we arrived, now it’s nearly 11. I’ve never been to a nail place that didn’t do acrylics. So I had no idea that this was a question that should be asked. So now I’m rushing around Florence trying to find someone to finish the job. If just getting clipped and painted is all you need then this is your place. If you need actual work done, don’t bother.

Very customer oriented! The nail technician is more concerned with your service being enjoyable and done right rather than getting you in and out.

I am very sorry for the review concerning the top coat that had taken forever to dry. There had been a mixup concerning the one used and this has been resolved and corrected. Thank you 😊

My mom went and got her nails done here. Afterwards they went to a restaurant and they dried for almost 2 hours. She put her socks back on and when she got home her nails were all messed up and had lint all over them. The woman who did hers must have put to many coats or something. I hope your nails dont turn out the same.
