My experience in this place was beyond great. Their customer service was exceptional and their work on me was excellent. I was in a rush and I didn’t even said it, still the lady who took care on me noticed and helped me as soon as I got there and got me ready ASAP. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking forward to excellent customer service.

The Owner/stylist put the wrong color hair dye in my hair! To make matters worse she tried fixing it by adding bleach to my hair! The bleach fried my hair causeing it to dry out terribly and brake off. She charged me $95 and told me to come back so she may fix the color. I returned after a month. I told her that most my hair was breaking off and that I could barely brush it. She said "ok I will fix it." She cut my hair to my shoulders and gave it lots of layers. She tried fixing the color but due to it being badly damaged it didn't take well. I asked her to put a treatment in my hair to help the dryness and she said "n
No I don't have the time." I was shocked and couldn't believe it. When she was done correcting her mistakes she says "ok hun that will be $150." I stated that she told me to come back so she may fix the color and that she had charged me that day for the wrong color. She replied "I never said free of charge". PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

I was recommended by a friend, I came for just to get my hair blowdried just to try them out and I loved it. I will be coming back.

I love Ines, she is always friendly and nice. I am a regular customer, I come once a month to cut and color my hair. The nail service is also good. For the most part they are closed on Sunday's but she can see you if you make an appointment.
