I originally went to this location the first time everything was great lady did a wonderful job on not only my nails but my toenails the second time the man that did my nails did an absolutely horrible job I sat there for an hour and a half and they were horrible just so thick on some nails thin on others he missed places with the powder and then he didn’t remove all the color from the previous visit....but I contacted the owner and she was great told me to come back and she would correct the situation she literally spent another 2 1/2 hours removing the nails and then reapply fresh nails this is called great customer service this is a look called Ombré... I’m very grateful and pleased!!! I will return to this location she won me over!!!!

This is the best place I’ve been in Jacksonville! They are very clean! Which I appreciate as a healthcare worker. Very reasonably priced! $25 gel manicure! I highly recommend getting the sugar scrub pedicure! $30. You get a massage with it! They do an awesome job and never disappoint! I recommend them to everyone. They also have SNS starting at only $35. I do recommend getting an appointment though just to make sure you’ll be able to get in because they can get pretty busy.

My wife had gone to get her nails done here and it only last about a week before her nails starting falling off, when the nails feel off it seemed there was green mold on her nails from the acrylics. I do not think this is a good place to get your nails done!! Listen to the 1 star posts

Yesterday went for a pedicure with my MIL and the lady doing my nails had remove some sort of skin or nail right by my toenail which hurt like hell. Come home same day my big toe looks very ingrown and infected( was NOT like that at all before) like went because of the good reviews and that people reccomended it. Listen to those 1 star reviews!! Also the moment I walked into the place I could smell the stench of cigarette smoke. My mil went to the restroom and came out saying she definitely could tell they smoke in the back room. So the smell wasnt pleasent.

I'm new to the area and was searching for a place. And to my luck i stumbled upon this humble little spot. They done an awesome job. I went in with a picture that was wild and they blew me away with how close the outcome was.
The little ladies in there were sweet and took good care of my hands and feet. Will definitely be making this my number 1 go to spot.
