I had a rather unsavory experience.
1.)Unsanitary conditions: as the water was filling for my pedicure I noticed someone’s toe nail clipping was floating in it. They told me they had just cleaned it and it must have fallen from a towel when they walked by. Well right after I had my pedicure I watched them fill the foot bath for the next client... without cleaning it. Revolting.
2.) The massage chairs in the pedicure area do not work. So, you aren’t getting the experience you think you signed up for.
3.) I had a NO CHIP manicure done and the lady assured me it would last a minimum of 2 weeks... within 2 days my first nail chipped. By day eight 4 nails on one hand had chipped and 1 nail on the other. I could understand if I was rough with my nails that they might wear out sooner, but 2 days in is just shabby. My regular salon always does great work that lasts at least 3 weeks.
4.) The woman that did my nails wasn’t communicative. When I asked questions regarding the product she would ignore me and only answer when I pressed the question a second time.
What a waste of nearly $100 after my services were finished. Heading to my regular salon after this experience. Convenience of location is certainly not worth this.
Don’t waste your money. I certainly wish I had not.

I always go here for my acrylics, nobody can beat $28 for a full set. U need to schedule an appointment because there is usually only 1-2 women working but their business is clean, fast, and perfection. I've literally gone 3-4 weeks without any nails popping off and I occasionally do manual labor for my work. I cannot say enough about how great they are

Walk-ins are NOT welcomed!
Came in, and not all nail technicians were busy, and I requested to get both a mani & pedi. One of the ladies yelled at me that not now and I have to come back one hour and a half later.
I'm sorry, but I am never going to give them business with that kind of attitude!

I went in for a french manicure. The girl who did my nails shaped them in a terrible way - they are lopsided and don't match. I will not go there again.

I was told i couldn't get gel because it wasn't enough time. As a service member I was treated very poorly. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
