Not only did they refuse to do the gel extensions that I had scheduled and insist on putting on tips, they did a horrible job and they all popped off just as I knew they would within a week! They then charged me $50 more than they listed on their website, and when I stated that, their response was that the website had an old price. Unacceptable. The pedicure was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received.

Chanel is the best for nail designs!! Ever since I found Princess Nails a few years ago I haven’t gone anywhere else since. All the staff are kind and friendly

my pedicure started out great. Sat down for the spa pedicure with the 20 minute massage at 11. At 11:30 he still hadn’t started my massage so I told him I had to leave at 11:55 let’s just do 15 minute massage. He said he would paint them first then do my massage while they dried. However he only finished painting my nails at 11:54 they still charged me full price even though I never got my 20 minute massage. They said they would give me a 20 minute massage next time but who has an hour and a half to spare on a pedicure? The place also looks like it’s falling apart

It's a small, clean, and organized salon. All of the manicurists are skilled and very nice.the services are top notch and irresistible and looking forward to be back soon

I come here often, they are quick and professionall and do a great job. Also they can often do a manicure and pedicure at the same time of you call and made a reservation!
