Love this place! My gel nails NEVER lift or break, they stay on forever! The staff is so nice and always makes sure my nails look *exactly* the way you want (shape, color, etc. anything you want). I never go anywhere else.

This is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. As an infectious disease physician, I am hyper-vigilant on cleanliness, and this salon meets the mark. Tanya and her staff are so welcoming and professional, and make my nails and feet look wonderful. I’ve also seen her deal with a few difficult customers, and the staff bends backwards to accommodate them, no matter how irrational the customers were behaving. I’ll never visit a different salon as long as they’re in business.

Some of the worst service I’ve had from a nail salon. We tried this salon because our normal salon was being remodeled. I had a pretty typical pedicure and my toes look great, but my nails are just awful. 3 different people did my nails, and it wasn’t just someone wrapping them to get the polish off. The girl who was doing my nails got up in the middle and just walked away without saying anything, another girl cane over to attempt to shape them and then told me someone else was coming over from another salon to finish me up. I waited for a good 15 minutes before the person came. I got the dip powder, which I religiously get at my other salon, and the tech had NO CLUE how to apply it! Another tech was giving him instructions on how to do it, not to mention the price was significantly higher than my usual salon. It was VERY unprofessional and I won’t be back!

Today was my first time at Master Nails in Brecksville. I had a very lovely experience. The business is very clean with tons of polish choices. My technician was Lily. She was very sweet and did excellent work on my Spa Pedicure. Everyone there was very polite and pleasant. Lily was very thorough and I appreciate that she took her time and made me feel welcome. My legs and feet look and feel amazing. Thank you so much!
