I have been going to 2000 Nails for well over 15 years. Yes, it is changed hands a few times but never once have I had a bad experience. When you go in they are glad to help you and always remember their customers and the colors they love. When i see someone write a review that is clearly a defamation of character, I have a problem with it. Kenny is outgoing and always tries to make customers laugh. He has done my toes and nails, and never once have I had a problem. If there was something I wasn’t happy with you can rest assure they would correct it if you brought it to their attention, because they care about their customers. It’s a shame in this day and age someone can misconstrue an innocent conversation over baby items to be a drug deal. Anyone that goes to this salon on a regular basis knows that Kenny has a one-year-old daughter, and quite honestly, I was even offering baby items today that my grandsons no longer use. But let’s get back to the true matter, what this is supposed to be about. A review of the professional services received from the nail salon. My nails turned out great again today, thank you Kenny, and i will go to work next week and get compliments during the day on how nice they are; I know this because every time I get them done I always get compliments at work. I never have issues with any color ever chipping or nails lifting. They have great hours, and they always fit me in for refills and emergencies. Thank you everyone from 2000 Nails for quality service over the years!

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and Jamie and Kenny are the best ,You walk in they greet you like you are family ,they get to know their customers and make it fun, we talk about eachothers children,and whats new. I have brought them in lunch they have brought me in this awesome yummy bread.Kenny does my feet and Jamie does my nails.We are able to joke around while making my hands and feet pretty,And for someone to make accusations (Sarah) obviously you don't know them. Kenny just had a daughter a yr.ago and people have offered him highchairs etc while i was sitting there, so for you to assume its drugs your crazy,They are both great people most times its just the two of them and when it gets busy they move around to accommodate everyone.I am so mad reading this review,you owe them an apology you have no right making these claims apparently you don't know them and just like drama. If you didnt like it than why keep going back? I am forever dedicated, Jamie and Kenny i love you guys.This is why our society is so screwed up,you have to watch every single thing you do and say because Someone always takes it out of contexts and makes it out to be something its completely Not! If your not happy than stop coming back but don't be saying untrue things unless you can prove it.

Sarah Polidoro. U can put a bad review on the service and experience that u have got. But u can’t assume that this business is doing illegal drugs or whatever if u not sure about it. Just because someone asks “do u still want the stuff from my girl” doesn’t mean anything. Kenny just had a baby and customers ask if he wants baby stuff for his baby. Or it could mean literally anything. Only ignorant people or people that does those things assumes it that way. But it’s not right for u to assume a business like that. U have the right to write a bad review on your experience there and the work that was done. But u cannot assume anything and say there’s drug issues in this shop. U definitely need to apologize.

I have been going to 2000 nails over four years and I have found it to be a very professional, clean and nice place. I have gone through all the new management they have gone through these past four years and each time the professionalism was always high.
I'm a former Deputy Sheriff and I was a narcotics investigator and trust me, I was trained to determined if drugs are being sold or used by anyone I encounter; it was my job to know.
I'm a Director of Safety and Healthcare and my job is to ensure OSHA'S standards are followed along with other safety regulations for my company. As a safety person, I can assure you, 2000 nails meets all health and safety regulations.
As for Kenny, he's the technician that always does my nails and pedicure and he's one of the best. I have to struggle to stay awake when he's doing my nails and feet.
The female owner is professional and personable to all the customers. She always have a smile and friendly hello.
There have been times when I was switched to another technician when Kenny have been very busy and haven't had a break to eat or anything else.
I didn't mind, because he always asked me if I was ok with him letting someone else do my nails until he could grab a quick bite to eat. He always came back and finished my nails and they always look great. He always washed his hands.
My job requires me to travel 95% of the time and I'm constantly getting compliments on my nails. Every week I'm on plane traveling and if i accidentally break a nail, I wait until I get back back home, so I can go to 2000 nails and let Kenny fix it.
Jamie. the owner does my eyebrows and they always looks great. Both Kenny and her knows my favorite color is red, so when a new shade of red comes out, Jamie makes sure she gets it and ask me if I want to try it and she's always right I Iove the new color.
To the lady that wrote the ugly review, all I can say to you is, if your experience was so bad, do as you have instructed others in your post, don't waste your hard earned money there. When your favorite salon can't accommodate you, find somewhere else other than 2000 nails.
Also, before you start spreading tales about drug activity, please make sure you know what you're talking about.
Defamation of someone character isn't acceptable and can become a legal issue. So unless you have absolute proof drugs are being used at 2000 nails, it would be better if you'd stop that story.
For those that may feel they need to respond negatively to my review, it's ok, because that's what freedom of speech is all about expressing your opinion and you have the absolute right to disagree with my review, just as I have the absolute right to express mine. Therefore, my feelings will not be hurt.

I have been getting my nails done consistently for the last 10 years of my life. I've never written a bad review, I don't do review's, bad or good unless I'm truly affected. The first time I got my nails done was at 2000 nails, I remember it being crazy and hectic, but good. Went a few other places over The years to get some diversity. Sometimes I still came back to 2000 nails. I moved out of state for 2 years. Came back to state, tried 2000 nails out again and it was under different management. When I came back the 1st time since moving out of State, I went in to 2000 nails it was an older couple who did my nails, they were fabulous. I was very pleased with the work they had done on my nails. I started to go to a new nail salon because it was closer to my house. I really like to them. But sometimes they couldn't accommodate me because of all the other appointments that they had, so I would go back to 2000 nails salon and when I did I was very disappointed. I found that when I went back, it was again under new management. The 1st time that I went back it was later at night they were about to close there was about an hour or so until they did, I had a refill done and I was switched back-and-forth between nail technician mainly the reasoning was because the one male technician that was doing my nails wanted to eat a bag of chips. So his baby mama or girlfriend or wife or whatever she was stepped in to do my nails, once the male technician was done eating his bag of chips he came back to finish my nails and didn't even wash his hands… I figured it was because they were about to close they weren't being very professional they were done for the day I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went back to my Pic of now salons for The next few months and when I went back I had forgotten to make an appointment so they were full but I had really wanted to get my nails done. So I decided to go back to 20:00 nails with the benefit of the doubt, and the same man ended up doing my nails, apparently his name is Kenny, and it was a terrible experience. When I showed up at 20:00 nails salon the woman who does work there was standing out front smoking a cigarette, how's I got out of my car I walked in and she followed because I was there. I was proceeded to my chair where I would get my nails done by this Kenny, who again proceeded to do a horrible job. He 1st started to take off my nail Polish, And do whatever else I needed to do to my nails in the beginning. About 15 minutes after I was sitting in my now chair a woman from the Hair Salon next store came in to the nail salon up to Kenny's chair where I was seated, and asked "do you still want that stuff from my girl" , I'm not an idiot, I know what that means, and for any of you that don't, I'm not calling you an idiot, but that girl was asking him if he still wanted whatever drugs he was getting from that girl. So right away it was not a calm serene peaceful setting as it should be when you get your nails done when you pay for the service that you are getting, it is not cheap to get your nails done, but when you do you would like it to be a nice calm peaceful surrounding. There is more details that I could put into this but I don't think that there needs to be more than this, well besides the fact that my nails Look like krapp have bubbles in them from the gel and I was rushed out of the place because more clients had arrived. I absolutely do not recommend this place since it's been under new management what so ever. This place has potential, I've always been happy with it before, but since it's taken new management it has seemed Extremely unprofessional, unspa like, And really all around a joke. Please do not waste your money here, there are plenty of nail salons around each town, you don't wanna chance it here. Your money is worked hard for and I promise you you will not be satisfied at this place.
