This place is amazing, as long as you get the right person. Ben has done my nails countless times and they always look beautiful. I have only ever gotten Acrylic nails.

I've been a customer here for about 7 years and absolutely love it. On the rare occasion when I need to go to another salon out of town, I'm reminded of why I keep going back to my home salon. All of the techs are wonderful! They have all of the latest and cool technology and equipment. They don't rush you out the door, they're friendly, and do their best to accommodate you. Love it!!

I had to have shellac taken off my nails before she could begin and I'm pretty certain she took off way too much of my actual nail with the little drill file they use. My nails just bend now even with the shellac on. They have never been this week unless they have been sitting in water for a long time. Not happy.

I came in this past weekend for shellac on nails and pedicure with polish. Although my pedi was decent, my shellac looks awful. It bubbled and the color is inconsistent and transparent in some spots. I showed the tech a pic and it was understood that he couldn't fulfill my request. I just didn't think they would look like this. I can't wait for a rebase! I'm so annoyed I paid the amount of money that I did!

You know that saying "one bad apple, spoils the whole bunch?" I've been going to this salon for probably close to 20 years. My daughter got her first acrylics here (she's now 29) Used to love it...absolutely love it. Today was the last time that I will be in the salon. Don't know her name but the lady who sits in the first chair was so rude to me, picked the wrong color for my pedicure and proceeded to shame me because I didn't say anything (the color was ok with me, not what i picked but I figured what the hell, I was going to have chrome put over it anyway) They cut 8 of my ten toes, and my toes are now VERY upset with me and I don't blame them. Seriously believing that this will be the last time I every let anyone touch my feet again, and that will no doubt make my husband not so happy.
