I always get burnt by the wax, even if I tell them it's too hot, I've been burnt 4/5 times I've gone here. I thought maybe they have had off days but I'm guessing not. The burn typically turns into a breakout, no matter what I do after. I don't know if the breakout is just my skin being sensitive to their wax, but I never have this issue anywhere else. I also always feel like they rush the process. I've gone home multiple times and have had to pluck a lot of brows they missed.
The last time I went, one of my brows got completely screwed up/uneven. I mentioned it before I left, but the employee didn't even acknowledge it. I stopped at the nail place on Camano and they fixed it for me, free of charge.
Since then, I have been going to the nail place on Camano at the Plaza. I have been satisfied 100% each time, AND I have yet to be burned/have a breakout around my brows since.

I was treated like a second class citizen. Polished my nails only after I paid them. No smiles, and left me to sit there until I finally got up and left. I have NEVER been treated like that, and will certainly never go back!

Horrible customer service, gel manicure did not even last a week. Don't know why I ever went there more than once. Employees try to get you in and out as fast as possible and are very rude.

Wasn't very impressed with the last time I was there. Just thought it was poor attention to my pedi and then over charged me for the one I received~

Absolutely worst place I've ever been it. They are mean and not good at what they do. I work in the beauty industry and they are not clean nor doing it right. They should be shut down. Cut every finger on both hands and are now inflamed and infected. They don't clean any of their tools
