The worst nails I have ever had done. I went in for the powder dipped (also known as SNS) and they are horrible, thick, all different shapes and lengths and they didn't clean underneath the nails, even after I asked them to. Donnie did my nails. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. If I had time to have them removed I would've. They will not get my service again nor my recommendation.

What a horrible place!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!! I didn't have an appointment but I did show up at 10am when they are supposed to be open! There was only 1 person there, the 1 person who only cleans and does pedicures. Finally, someone showed up at 1030 and started my nails. I had a lot of questions about the nails I was getting because they were different from what I was used to, so the girl started getting irritated with me, plus I wasn't really sure about the color and whatnot... I also requested several times that she file the nails to my liking and that seemed to irritate her as well! Upon finally getting the nails to where I was asked to wash them before applying the gel nail polish, I washed them and was returning to the nail station where the "owner" or whoever he is! With a nasty attitude said "can you hurry up and pick out your color because she has other clients coming in!!!" I was so offended that I almost walked out all together, I exchanged a few words with the guy because be had to business being that rude to me for no reason, not to mention how her appointment didnt show up for another 25mins well into her finishing my gel manicure. I have never been so disrespected and treated so rudely at a nail salon! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK THERE AND I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE TOO!!!! P.S. THE RUDE "OWNER" MADE A WOMAN WAIT FOR A WHOLE HOUR FOR HIM TO SHOW UP TO WORK!!!!!! DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!
