Very weird experience. The place is beautiful and relaxing but the service was very uncomfortable. The girl definitely couldn't understand me because I must've said I wanted gel a dozen times but I still didn't get gel on my toes but i eventually just let it go, but I insisted on gel on my nails and for some reason this caused a problem and a lot of confusion. The man who did my mother's nails was so rude and did such terrible work we wanted to just get up and leave. Also felt very weird that they asked me to pay before they completed the service. The place looked so beautiful we wanted to try it but I could've done a better job on my nails myself, we definitely won't be back and will go to our usual salon from now on.

I have been here many times since they opened and love it here. Pleasant people and they do a great job. I get gel manicure and pedicures and have always been happy with them. The massage is wonderful too. It is a dollar or two more expensive than other places I have been to but it is money well spent. You get what you pay for! I can go a whole month without any breakage or loosening here. Other places 1-2 weeks at most! I have made appointments and had no trouble with waiting. If I haven't made an appointment and walk in, I have waited about 20 minutes which is fine with me. (I would rather have a nice job done than rush it)

I absolutely love, Love, Love Vida Nails! The facility is the pinnacle of cleanliness, not to mention beautiful. The staff is always friendly and professional. Multiple staff members always greet you when you upon arrival, and bid you farewell upon departure.
Lastly, the quality of their work is always amazing! They pay attention to detail, and make sure that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
I hope Vida Nails stays open for many years to come!

This building was gorgeous inside. My boyfriend and i came in for manicures. I got a clear gel manicure and it came out beautiful. Extremely relaxing atmosphere, and extremely clean. Would one hundred percent come back again and again. Lin did an amazing job and the massage was a fantastic touch at the end. Thanks Lin!!

One of the best and accommodating staff. Full service and excellent prices. I will be a returning customer while I’m still here in Rhode Island
