Very poor shopping experience. I purchased a few items including a bottle of nail polish which the owner did not bother to put in a separate bag and it broke open. It completely ruined my other items, including a $50 shirt I had just purchased. I called & the owner was only willing to refund the charge of one necklace...not even the $9 nail polish!! I asked multiple times to get refunded and she refused. Extremely poor customer service. I’m out over $60 and she wasn’t willing to refund an additional $9 to have a satisfied customer.
