I’ve been to Zen several times and it’s always hit or miss. I don’t mind paying for what I get but I want to get what I paid for. There were a couple times that I should’ve been refunded even if it were a partial I would’ve been satisfied. I was just disregarded. There were twice I went in as a walk-in and I’m told it be 10 minutes OK so wait 10 minutes that’s not a problem and there goes 10 more minutes I started to get up to leave and she says oh no we be there 10 minutes. Well this happened twice once I waited 40 minutes. I’m not doing that if you tell me 10 I’ll wait, if you tell me 40 if I have 40 minutes to wait I’ll wait then too.
There just isn’t any consistency there. Also, I don’t look to get something for nothing, but if you’re not happy with something take care of your customer I would’ve been back!

Had my nails done 2 days ago. I brought my own 9 free polish. Horrible job! I do better myself. This is 100% poor application. Zero stars for response by person who applied it when I just went to show him. I attached photo, but is not showing for some reason.

Great salon. All the staff are friendly and good at what they do. Very clean and welcoming place. I use Kim but I’ve used others when she wasn’t available and never disappointed 👍🏻
