I’ve gone to this place for a couple years and got great gel nails with Lynn. Apparently the shop lost staff a couple months ago and Lee, the owner, is now abrupt and somewhat rude.
For example, I made an appointment a few weeks ago for first thing in the morning. Lee failed to tell Lynn. Needless to say I waited 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. Lee offered no apology or discount. Today I was a few minutes late to my appointment. She abruptly told me to come back in an hour. I won’t be going back anytime soon. Hopefully the shop issues can be turned around!

I loved this place and had the pleasure of having the owner do my nails. She was amazing. As I continued to patronize this nail salon, I have witnessed the decline in the service. Lee did my pedi and gel manicure a week ago. She was not happy some of her staff quit and she was short staffed. Not my issue I paid 70.00 and she rushed through my service. Not a huge deal but my " gel " nails started chipping at day 4. Never had this issue ever. I called to have her make it right. NEVER got a call back!! So disappointed. I had an issue once before with Lee and she charged me for her screw up. I was willing to overlook. Not a second time. A call back would be great.

I have a baby and I don’t get to have “me” time that much so I was super excited to get my nails and feet done today, but right when I get there, it was like my presence was an inconvenience. The lady that did my pedi was very sweet and nice, but the main lady was very rude. She treated me like scum and in front of my face treat other customers very nice. Mind you I’m not a mean person, I’m very respectful and gave no reason for her to be mean. Example, as I was leaving she goes “you have a baby you need to go home and take your stuff, and make sure you grab your shoes” mind you, I had everything in my hands and was about ready to pay. There were other examples too but don’t want to make this an essay. Won’t be going back and don’t recommend anyone to go there either.

Nice and clean. I had a fingernail shelac and a pedicure. She took her time filing down my previous shelac as to not damage my nail bed. I really appreciated this. Also took time on foot massage, overall experience was great.

I got a full set of acrylic nails & they are really bad quality. They’ve already chipped and I haven’t even had them for a week. I had to go back the day after I got them to fix small chips on the thumbs too. Really really bad quality. Disappointed.
