Mot Hai Ba is one of my favorite places in Dallas. The small, intimate dining room is perfect for showing off their delicious menu selection. I've been in a few times and each makes me appreciate the restaurant that much more. If you're looking for a new place to try in Dallas you should stop by.

Pretty bad food that’s just not good (but served in small portions so it looks fancy). Perfect combination of bland and over-salty.

My experience at Mot Hai Ba was amazing. This place meets the hype and more. I ordered the steamed beef bun and the garlic noodles. I've never had a beef bun before, but the one I had was the perfect texture - lightly crisped on the outside but soft on the inside. The garlic noodles were cooked perfectly - not too soft but not too hard - and the noodles were well seasoned.

Fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. Haven’t been to Vietnam since 2011, but if memory serves me, it’s about as authentic as any place I’ve been outside of Vietnam. Good service, good friends. It’s not cheap, but it’s well worth it when you’re visiting.

Great food, good ambiance, won't be back but glad I went. If you want to grab a quick bite, this is a good place to do it. If you want to have a romantic evening with your spouse, go elsewhere. The alcohol selection is seriously lacking and you have 90 minutes from the time your reservation starts to get out (regardless if you are sat or served by then, both of which we were not). Wish we had known when we made a reservation about this policy because we definitely would have gone elsewhere.
